I applaud nine dot arts for astutely incorporating young skilled interns into their staff. My experiences have proven that internships provide a win-win situation. And, although the interns garner great "real world" experience and enhance their resumes, often the employer benefits most from the fresh perspectives, up-to-date technical skills, hard work ethic and "can do" attitude interns provide. Offering internships can also be a cost-effective way for companies to “test-drive” potential new hires. Wishing Ben and Caitlin and nine dot arts much success in this venture!
