To mark 100 episodes of Dot Dot Dot: The NINE dot ARTS Podcast, we turned the mic inward. In this two-part conversation, founders Martha McGee and Molly Casey reflect on the unexpected beginnings of NINE dot ARTS, born out of the 2008 recession, and the defining moments that shaped our growth from a scrappy startup into a multi-million dollar firm.
From early lessons in collaboration and mentorship to scaling systems, tackling complex projects, and redefining the role of art in real estate, the conversation offers an honest look at what it really takes to build something lasting. Part 1 dives into the founding story and rapid-fire insights, while Part 2 explores audience questions and best practices in creative placemaking to benefit clients, artists, and communities nationwide.
