A proven business leader with over 25 years of experience in executive management and over 34 years in commercial real estate, Ray Pittman was the former President of Lifestyle Communities, responsible for day-to-day operations while leading the development and execution of the company’s strategic Vision 2025 plan. Ray is a widely recognized expert in the commercial real estate industry with extensive background in the development of business parks and mixed-use communities, as well as industrial, retail, office, and multifamily assets. Prior to his role at Lifestyle Communities, Ray served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at McWhinney. Prior to McWhinney, Ray was the Global Chief Client Officer for CBRE, overseeing account management and client experience programs. Additionally, Ray led CBRE’s Pacific Region as President and CEO, where he managed more than 2,500 employees in 22 offices across Australia and New Zealand.
