This episode features Keith Mack, Founder and Managing Principal of Gibraltar Capital Partners, who talks shop on all things real estate development with our Chief Curator Molly Casey. With decades of experience spanning hospitality, multifamily, and large-scale mixed use, Keith brings the kind of hard-won wisdom that only comes from living the work – whether that’s building iconic entertainment districts in Atlanta or one-of-a-kind hotels like Thompson Buckhead and Thompson Savannah.
But beyond the bricks and budgets, Keith dives into what really matters: developing places that leave a legacy. He shares why he made the leap to launch his own firm, how he earns trust across communities, and the benefits that come from uniting designers, architects, and curators early in the project lifecycle. With candor and charisma, Keith reminds us that while a vision may set the course, it’s creative collaboration that brings projects to life and leaves a lasting impact.
