Healthcare settings are often thought of as stark or sterile – characteristics that aren’t ideal for someone undergoing stressful experiences. That’s why the clinic at Pacific Fertility Center in Los Angeles features a thoughtful art program that counters the sterile nature of healthcare facilities and instead promotes wellness, comfort, and hope. In this episode, CFO of Pacific Fertility Center Los Angeles and President of Hatch Egg Donation & Surrogacy Greg Wiles shares about the opening of the new LA clinic and the intentional effort to create a soothing environment for patients and families. He and host Martha Weidmann discuss how the clinic’s art program helps elicit positivity and relaxation – despite the emotional uncertainties that can accompany the fertility treatments the clinic performs. Tune in to hear how this empowering collection came to life and how it has impacted the employee and patient experience.
