Our Experience and Impact in Seattle

As one of the first U.S. cities to establish a public art ordinance, Seattle recognizes the value of art and culture to improve the built environment – especially as the city works to accommodate a diverse and growing population and promote safety and vibrancy in its downtown. With offices on South Lake Union and strong connections to the local creative community, our team is proud to help play a role in shaping Seattle for the better.

Our projects in the area include Amazon’s Understory Artists in Residence inside the Seattle Spheres, the Chapter Buildings with Touchstone, AC Hotel by Titan Management, and several multifamily buildings with Mainstreet Property Group and Quarterra that extend into Redmond. We’ve also leveraged Seattle’s creative talent just outside the city for Tacoma’s Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, four Kirkland Fire Stations, and Google’s new 6th Street Campus Expansion Project.
